The stimulation injectivity of injection wells using hydrodynamic pulsator pressure (HPP)

TECHNOLOGY FOR STIMULATION WITH THE USE OF HYDRODYNAMIC PRESSURE PULSATOR HPP

It is generally accepted that acid treatment of the PPP and its variants are effective means to increase permeability of the bottomhole formation zone, but the reaction products remain in the PPP and continue to close the pore, preventing the passage of oil to the well bottom. To remove them apply a variety of methods: from simple washing, to use methods of the implosion and jet pumps. Basically, all these techniques are static in nature of impact on PPP, i.e. designed to create a depression on the layer. But a number of works shows that more effective methods are the methods of dynamic effects on the formation of alternating pressures.

To implement this method was developed hydrodynamic pressure pulsator HPP. When operating the HPP in the below-packer zone, there appears the phenomenon of alternating pressure fluctuations with an amplitude depending on the pressure differential on HPP, i.e., oscillations of the liquid column, which leads to fatigue failure of the PPP, the formation of cracks and removal of plugging material.

The special design of the ejector pump GPD provides the following advantages over other similar systems:

The depression on the layer is governed by the depth of the HPP in the well and races move the working fluid, which may be water, oil or a mixture thereof;
The work of the HPP is almost independent of the value of gas factor and content of mechanical impurities in the produced fluid;
This device can apply to all categories of wells.

The most complete test of the HPP was held at the Tevlinsko-Russkinskoye, Pawhuska, Samotlor fields. The results of the tests at the Tevlinsko-Russkinskoye field in the table.
In the period from February to August 1997. on Tevlinsko-Russkinskoye field tests were carried out HPP for cleaning bottom-hole formation zone. Were treated 10 wells, including 2 wells result not received. Additional production for one treatment, at December 31, 1997, subject to wells, no effect is 487т oil.
Treatment well # 7673 Bush No. 123 21.05.97, HPP at a pressure of 110 ATM. results are not given, the fluid rate was 3.0 m3. After you reprocess the HPP 27.07.97 g at a pressure of 130...150 ATM. The well was put into operation with an average rate of 14.2 tons/day.
